How to lose weight for 3 days

Of course the first days of the new year, we should care about our vision and our weight. The 3 day diet plan is the perfect way to lose some fats and turn on normal our body. The diet is consisted of low fat and high carbohydrates foods. This will not only burn your fats, but also will be easier for your stomach, which is highly overloaded from the heavy and fat dinner on the Christmas and New Year eves. Definitely this diet will help you to lose weight fast and will make your body highly stronger, giving to it all the necessary substances. Here is the diet:
Day 1:
Breakfast – a cup of coffee (or tea) without sugar, half grapefruit (or orange) and toast
Lunch – a cup of coffee (or tea) without sugar, half cup of tuna and toast
Dinner – chicken (3 ounces), green beans, carrot and half an apple
Day 2:
Breakfast – a cup of coffee (or tea) without sugar, banana, boiled egg and toast
Lunch – eight regular saltine crackers, half cup of tuna
Dinner – 2 beef frankfurters, broccoli, half a cup of carrots and banana
Day 3:
Breakfast – a cup of coffee (or tea) without sugar, 5 regular saltine crackers, cheese and apple
Lunch – a cup of coffee (or tea) without sugar, boiled egg and toast
Dinner – tuna, carrots, cauliflower, and half a melon
