Bio-rhythms and diets
Tuesday, August 10th, 2010Throughout the day not put a morsel in your mouth, and in the evening we can eat everything from the refrigerator. In the summer we can live only on vegetables and fruits in winter do not think of nothing but meat … How do you explain this? Metabolism is governed by the biological clock – rhythmically alternating processes opposite in direction, intersecting with each other: one cycle is part of another, the second – third, etc. The same goes for fat metabolism – the body processes now dominate the accumulation of fat, then to their degradation. Of course, reduces appetite degradation: the body switches to a diet of its own stock (ie at least needs food) and in the accumulation of fat increases the desire to eat. Broadly there are four types Bio-rhythms pertaining to fat metabolism: diurnal, weekly, monthly and seasonal. If you want to enjoy really good health, try to adjust to them.
1. You do not eat in the morning and evening you can not control their appetite.
Figuratively speaking, one starts in the morning to spend the energy accumulated in the evening filled stocks. This is called. diurnal Bio-rhythms the fat exchange:
- Maximum decomposition of the fat – from 7 to 9:00;
- Maximum accumulation of fat – 18 to 21 hours;
- “Transition point” – between 13 and 14 hours.
Breakfast could not be plentiful, but must be calorie and dinner just back – powerful, but lightweight (ideal consists of a small piece of meat or fish with half a glass rod (potato, macaroni), a large portion of vegetable salad, spicy with lemon).
