To avoid such situations, it is best to rely on foods such as brown rice, whole meal products and more. Which are an indispensable source of unrefined carbohydrates.
Another common cause leading to fatigue, the body is the lack of omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin B12. In such situations it is better to bet on oily fish and eggs.
