Food callories
Most of the diets are showing the food products, which should be excluded from use. But effective is only this diet, which focuses on the need to include low-calorie foods such as fruits and vegetables. This diet can really contribute to healthy weight loss, say researchers from the University of Pennsylvania (Pennsylvania State University). According to them, overweight people who diet, including low calorie products, reduce their weight more than those whose diet is based on the reduction of total calories, “said Journal of Science of Food and Agriculture. The study’s authors attribute to the fact that fruits and vegetables have low “energy density”. They contain fewer calories, more water and therefore weigh more. These products do not add many calories, but may induce feelings of satiety. In this study involved 658 men and women. Some of them complied with the so-called. DASH diet (each day received 9-12 servings of fruits and vegetables and 2-3 servings of dairy products with reduced fat), while others have reduced their use of calories without focusing on any particular food. The survey results show that participants in the first group lost an average of 5.3 kg for 6 months and the second – about 2 lbs.

Prepared Food
The modern nutritionists argue that the use of large amounts of “prepared food” leads to cancer in women. The modern man has less time to deal with cooking.
