Is there any purpose from slimming tablets?
Tuesday, March 9th, 2010Scientists suspect that a medicine will be opened against the overweight. The epidemic of obesity is developing faster than the development of new products. Moreover, obesity is not a disease but the body’s normal response to abundance of greasy food and sedentary lifestyles.
Any medicine can not protect us from sweets and delicacies. Or to compel us to move more. All organs and systems function in obese people in the same way as a weak (exceptions are only 2-3% of the full, in which the cause of obesity is an illness). What should I treat them? Unwillingness to be picked up by walking up the stairs? Passionate seduction or at night to peek in the fridge? Why advertise across various media (all registered as drugs) to “cure” for obesity. And in medicine does the rule that for every disease there is a good tool or very bad. In practice, only the so-called advertising. food additives. Some people buy them without a prescription, which in any case it is not advisable, but by law is forbidden to be sold without prescription. Others do not accept them even when they are discharged from their doctor. And yet, how to draw maximum benefit from antibiotics and to minimize damage from them.
1. Why the medicine is “not working”
There are cases where antibiotics do not help recovery. You should know that they are only effective in the treatment of bacterial and fungal infections, ie against viral illnesses such as flu and colds, they are meaningless. Adoption of any antibiotic can lead to resistance – living microbes in the body ceases to react to it and if need be necessary to appoint another. Many of today’s antibiotics act only on the agents of specific diseases. Their specificity is well known to doctors. Spontaneous selection of an antibiotic (even without instructions to read) is useless, and may be dangerous to health. Only a doctor can assess the possible allergic reaction, interaction and possible exacerbation of chronic diseases. “Quine” of antibiotics can lead to asthma, hives or problems with kidneys and liver, and distortion in the balance of gut micro-floor.
