Vegetables
The cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of premature death today, although some of them are already being treated or at least stabilize the situation. Medicines help to an almost normal life. But some restrictions are necessary. And, of course, it is best to take care of your health before you have to deny something. More than anything my heart loves the movement. 30 minutes walk each day are needed to maintain cardiac tone. Even after myocardial doctors recommend their patients short walks 2 times a day. The heart is affected and many of the proper diet – more fruits, vegetable oil, lightly cooked food. Food callories
Most of the diets are showing the food products, which should be excluded from use.
